This update resolves the following issues:
* A "UPnPFramework.exe" error appears when shutting down the Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system.
* A white screen appears while playing a slideshow on the Sony® RoomLink™ Network Media Receiver.
Download and Installation Instructions
1. Download the SO-21820803BK.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SO-21820803BK.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Sony® VAIO® Media Platform and Photo Server Update Utility - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." and click Finish.
After the computer restarts, the installation of the Sony® VAIO® Media Platform and Photo Server Update Utility is complete.
