This package provides the ISO image file of UEFI BIOS which is compatible with CD/DVD/BD writing software to create the CD/DVD/BD for the UEFI BIOS update. Hereafter the CD/DVD/BD for the UEFI BIOS update is called as "BIOS Update CD".
The BIOS Update CD can boot the computer disregarding the operating systems and update the UEFI BIOS (including system program and Embedded Controller program) stored in the ThinkPad computer to fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below.

[Problem fixes]
- Fixed an issue where some settings were not updated immediately after loading default settings in ThinkPad Setup.
- Fixed an issue where some unexpected characters might be shown on the left-top on screen when a diagnostic splash screen was displayed.
- Fixed an issue where system did not enter standby mode of 30day standby at first boot just after executing Load Default settings on ThinkPad Setup menu.
- Fixed an issue where help message about Restart menu in ThinkPad Setup was not correct.
- Fixed an issue where integrated Bluetooth device was not available when "USB UEFI BIOS support" was disabled on ThinkPad Setup.
