This package provides the ISO image file of UEFI BIOS which is compatible with CD/DVD/BD writing software to create the CD/DVD/BD for the UEFI BIOS update. Hereafter the CD/DVD/BD for the UEFI BIOS update is called as "BIOS Update CD".

Changes in this release version 2.10:

New functions or enhancements

  1. Added support for ThinkPad X240.
  2. Added support for Intel BIOS Guard.
  3. Updated CPU microcode.
  4. Updated Diagnostics module to version 2.01.06.

Problem fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where the CDP (Charging Downstream Port) mode of Always On USB did not work after resuming normal operation from sleep state of Intel Rapid Storage Technology.
  2. Fixed an issue where the WMI function for UEFI PXE Boot Priority did not work.
  3. Fixed an issue where help messages in the ThinkPad Setup were incorrect.
