2. Fix incorrect multiplier set when using certain Black Editon CPUs.

4. Add AMD C1E function for AM2 X2 Rev.G and AM2+ series CPU.
5. Fix OS hangs during boot when USB legacy support is disabled in the BIOS.
6. Fix PC might get halt when using AM2+ 9950+ CPU.
7. Fix system might get halt when there is no legacy/USB floppy connected during Crashfree.
8. Correct CPU voltage and NB to SB HT voltage value.
