Creative Video Blaster WebCam Go/Go Plus Control 1.38 for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP

This release includes support for Windows XP and is meant for all WebCam Go series except Video Blaster WebCam Go Mini. It also includes the following:
* Better snap button functionality in Windows XP guest mode
* Improved performance in WebCam Go ES or WebCam Go series when changing modes from 'Single snapshot' to 'Multiframe snapshot' in Undocked Settings.
Improving Usb Device Stability
In some cases, slowing down the computer hardware's graphics acceleration may improve the stability of USB devices.
To adjust the computer hardware's graphics acceleration:
1) Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
2) In the Control Panel window, double-click the Display icon.
3) In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
4) In the Settings tabbed page, click the Advanced Properties button.
5) In the Advanced Display Properties dialog box, click the Performance tab.
6) Drag the Hardware Acceleration slider to the left to slow down the rate.
Troubleshooting
Problem: There is no video displayed when the application is in the Live Cam mode.
Solution: Use the Device Manager to verify that the USB Host Controller has no resource conflicts. Slow down the graphics hardware acceleration.
Problem 1: In Windows 2000, after playing some video clips, the user might sometimes encounter a blank video with filenames scrolling from Video001 to VideoXXX.
Solution: Close WebCam Go Control and then restart it.
Problem 2 (for WebCam Go Plus cameras only): When the camera is disconnected and connected a few times, consecutively, the system may suddenly restart or a general protection fault may occur.
Solution: If general protection fault occurs, restart your system.
Problem 3 (for WebCam Go cameras only): In Windows Me (Millennium Edition), when deleting files from an album in WebCam Go Control, sometimes the files are not physically removed from the hard disk.
Solution: Delete the files again by selecting the thumbnails from the album window and pressing the Delete button (with the trash bin icon).
