This archive contains the final set of base drivers & Intel PROSet for Windows Device Manager validated on Microsoft Windows XP for Intel Itanium processor based systems. This archive is not compatible with any other type of 64-bit processor. No future Intel Network Adapter base driver or software updates for Microsoft Windows XP for Intel Itanium processor based systems are planned by Intel.

For Intel Itanium processor based systems running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Intel recommends using the latest Intel network adapter drivers and software, which can be downloaded in the file archive named PROWS64.EXE.
