RFA 22114: Font PS problems fixed.
RFA 22053: Printing [black/white instead of colored bars with postscript print files.

The following changes have occurred in the build 44 Patch:

RFA 22144 - Multi-page PDF file problem fixed.
RFA 22147 - If image is outside boundary box, no image is printed fixed.
